This cottage offers THREE bedrooms: 1 master double on the second floor, approached via fairly steep cottage-style stairs, enjoying flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview, and a window seat perfect to enjoy the uninterrupted river views. 1 further double with flatscreen TV with DVD and Freeview, and also enjoying estuary views, and 1 single bedroom that offers an additional guest bed suitable for children on request, both on the first floor. Bathroom: located on the first with shower over bath and WC, with an additional separate WC. Lounge/diner: boasting integrated cinema, projected to approximately 6' x 4', also enjoying wall mounted flatscreen TV with DVD and SkyTV, above the original open wood fire, DVD's to enjoy, and also benefitting from a comfy window seat to watch the comings and goings of the slipway opposite and take in the estuary views. Kitchen: offers integrated appliances throughout with gas oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Outside: the property offers an enclosed rear courtyard with garden seating, BBQ and also benefits from outdoor storage for canoes or windsurfs. The popular seaside resort of Exmouth, in south eastern Devon, has long been a favourite with visitors seeking a sandy beach and sunny weather in the South West. Situated near to Cockwood, Lympstone, Dawlish Warren, Woodbury, Dawlish, and Budleigh Salterton Exmouth is one of more than three hundred towns and villages in Devon in which Go2 has cottages or holidays lets available.
